Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items consistently
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food-safety compliance
- Assist with menu development and specials
- Manage prep, stock rotation, and storage
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Cooperate with FOH to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen or chef experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility for nights and weekends
- Food Safety knowledge/certification (preferred)
