The Role As a Diagnostic Technician, you’ll be responsible for: Performing advanced diagnostics, fault finding, and quality repairs to manufacturer standards Inspecting, reconditioning, and servicing pre-owned and new vehicles Using the latest diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot complex issues Conducting test drives and final inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety Mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a culture of continuous learning Accurately documenting work completed and maintaining service records About You You’re a driven and detail-oriented team player who: Holds a Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis (AUR40216) Has proven experience in a dealership or high-volume workshop environment Demonstrates strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Can provide leadership and guidance to junior technicians Communicates effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing Is reliable, conscientious, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work Holds a valid Victorian Driver’s Licence Is willing to undergo a National Police Check What’s in It for You?
