What You’ll Do As a Junior IT Support Technician, you’ll be part of a friendly and supportive IT team that keeps our systems running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to and resolving IT support tickets Setting up and configuring hardware such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices Installing and updating software applications Assisting with onboarding and offboarding users Supporting network, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting Maintaining and updating IT documentation and guides Helping with inventory and asset tracking Participating in ongoing IT projects and upgrades Required to be part of the on-call roster (once every few weeks) Store setup and travel opportunities What We’re Looking For We’re not expecting you to know everything—but we do expect you to be: Willing to learn and eager to grow your IT knowledge A clear communicator who’s comfortable helping people at all levels Organised, reliable, and proactive Interested in technology and solving problems Nice to Have (but not required): Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g. IP, DNS) Exposure to tools like Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or ticketing systems Configuring PC/Mobile hardware What We Offer A supportive team that encourages growth and mentoring Opportunities for on-the-job training and career progression A positive, collaborative work environment How to Apply Send your resume and a brief cover letter telling us why you’re interested in the role and how you’re ready to grow in IT.
