NATIONAL 360'S ALLIED HEALTH ACADEMY The Allied Health Academy is part of our Graduate Pathway initiative, designed to support students through their final year of university study with employment relevant to their profession. As part of our Allied Health Academy, you will join your local team for approximately 1 day/week, gaining exposure to real therapy environments, supporting clients to achieve their goals, and building confidence in the NDIS and community sectors - all while getting paid. While no two days will look the same, the types of activities you'll complete include: Shadow experienced clinicians. Support the delivery of therapy under the supervision and mentorship of qualified professionals. Participate in team meetings and collaborative case discussions. Provide valuable administrative support to help the local team operate efficiently. Develop clinical resources that enhance therapy delivery and client outcomes. Undertake research tasks to support evidence-based practice and service improvement. ABOUT YOU You are graduating from tertiary studies in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology in 2026 or in your final year of university. You can work from our Deer Park office. You are looking to gain industry experience while completing your studies. You thrive in a supportive, and close-knit team environment. You embrace a learning mindset and prioritise continuous development. You are equipped to travel independently for community therapy sessions. You have an NDISWC / WWCC (or are willing to apply). You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
