Your opportunity Are you passionate about creating a positive resident experience and leading high-performing teams? As Residential Manager, you will oversee all aspects of resident engagement, operational excellence and compliance. You’ll build strong relationships with residents and families, lead a dedicated team, and ensure services promote well-being, connection and a strong sense of belonging. With integrity and resilience, you will: Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement Serve as the escalation point for complex concerns and disputes Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services across the site Oversee compliance, risk management and reporting requirements Lead and develop teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement What you’ll bring You are a strategic leader with a strong operational background and a passion for service excellence. You bring exceptional communication skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. You will also need: Relevant experience in senior management within aged care or a related field Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage diverse functions and drive operational improvements Experience in hospitality or customer service environments (preferred) Demonstrated success in compliance, risk management and team development Why Anglicare?
