As the Team Lead of our Social Support Groups , you’ll lead a small team and support older adults to stay active and connected in their communities through engaging activities and social connections. Manage the day-to-day activities of the social activity group program in Victoria. Lead and support a small team of dedicated support workers. Facilitate and lead engaging, goal-oriented activities for older adults, both in-house and out in the community. Build strong relationships with participants, their carers, and community organizations to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate transportation for participants, including driving a 12-seater bus when required. Promote and grow the service within the community. Ensure all risk management and documentation are up-to-date and accurate. Monitor income and expenses to keep the program within budget. Who we’re looking for You are passionate, self-driven, and motivated to help others in the community. We’re looking for someone with: Leadership experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading others. Activities experience: Experience coordinating in a community setting and delivering group activities to older adults. A strong understanding of the diverse physical, social, emotional, and cultural needs of older adults, particularly those living with dementia. Experience working with older adults. Willingness to drive a 12- seater bus.
