Established infrastructure and energy EPC contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of major construction delivery from mobilisation through commissioning. Manage civil infrastructure, utility-scale solar and BESS construction, and transmission/distribution projects. This role demands strong site presence and commercial accountability. Lead multiple contractors and subcontractors, control project budgets and schedules, navigate client and utility stakeholder requirements, and drive delivery on time and within budget. The Position Full commercial and operational accountability for major infrastructure and renewable energy projects from mobilisation through commissioning. You will manage civil infrastructure delivery, utility-scale solar and BESS construction, and transmission/distribution projects. Lead site teams. Manage head contractors and subcontractors. Control budgets, schedules, variations, and contractual performance. Coordinate with clients, utilities, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Oversee commissioning activities. Deliver projects on time, within budget, to specification. This requires a strong site presence. You will work directly with construction teams, resolve delivery challenges as they arise, manage commercial and technical issues, and drive outcomes through disciplined leadership and decision-making. Required Capability 5-10 years managing infrastructure or energy construction at $20M scale Proven EPC delivery from mobilisation through commissioning and handover Strong commercial capability: budget control, variation management, contract administration, risk management Experience managing multiple contractors and subcontractors on complex sites Stakeholder management across clients, utilities, consultants, regulatory bodies Health, safety, environmental leadership with commitment to zero-harm delivery Pragmatic, outcome-focused leadership style Experience across renewable energy (solar, BESS, wind), electrical infrastructure, civil construction, or commissioning management is highly regarded.
