As a key member of our nursing team, you'll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary professionals, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care in a nurturing and collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include: Providing patient care within the inpatient rehabilitation setting. Promoting the development of therapeutic relationships with the aim of facilitating the patient's rehabilitation goals. Supporting the objectives and philosophy of the hospital. Contributing to the person's rehabilitation goals in accordance with Royal Rehab Private Petersham Hospital's vision, purpose and values. Supervising the activities of the Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing with their nursing care. About you We are seeking a self-motivated and friendly individual with: Essential Criteria: Current AHPRA registration. Previous Rehabilitation /surgical/ medical experience. Demonstrated effective communication skills. Commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice. Strong organisational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to participate within a multidisciplinary environment. Demonstrated ability to use computer software.
