This is a newly created Senior Developer role within a growing Data & Development team , offering the opportunity to design, build and optimise robust, scalable integration solutions that support a national organisation delivering meaningful community outcomes . The Role Working closely with both technical and business stakeholders, you’ll design and deliver: Modern integration frameworks across enterprise platforms Scalable, cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure , DevOps and modern data services Secure and compliant data solutions aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles Data pipelines supporting ingestion, transformation and system integration Continuous enhancement of existing integrations alongside new solution development You’ll play a key role in guiding stakeholders through technology change, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring solutions deliver genuine business and community value. What You’ll Be Responsible For Engaging stakeholders early to understand business needs and assess solution options Designing and maintaining integrations that support single data entry across clinical, financial and care platforms Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and integration patterns Monitoring, troubleshooting and optimising integrations to ensure reliability and data integrity Ensuring strong privacy, security, governance and documentation practices across all solutions Planning, prioritising and tracking delivery activities, dependencies and risks Contributing to continuous improvement of development, integration and DevOps practices What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience in software development and system integration , ideally within complex enterprise environments Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL) Solid background in data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data architectures Proficiency in C#, Python, SQL and PowerShell , with advanced Excel and exposure to BI tools such as Power BI Strong understanding of data governance, privacy legislation and secure data handling The ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and influence across all levels A pragmatic, outcomes-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills Desirable: Agile certification (CSM, SAFe Agilist or similar) Azure, Databricks or data platform certifications Experience in aged care, healthcare or not-for-profit environments Exposure to integrations involving platforms such as Dynamics 365, UKG or Epicor Why Join Us?
