About the Role As a Senior Veterinarian at Animal Emergency Service Hobart, you’ll play a key leadership role in our emergency team—guiding clinical decision-making, mentoring colleagues, and shaping the development of our service as we continue to grow. You’ll work alongside experienced ECC vets, specialists and a team of highly skilled nurses, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and team support. About You You’re a confident and collaborative vet who loves both leading and learning. You bring sound clinical judgment, compassion, and the ability to bring out the best in others. You’ll also have: BVSc (or equivalent) and registration to practice in Australia Strong emergency and critical care skills A passion for mentoring, coaching and team development MANZCVS (ECC or similar) highly desirable but not essential A calm, flexible approach and strong communication skills A drive for continual learning, and a sense of humour when it counts!
