We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Western Australia, representing an industry-leading brand offering high-quality fixed and mobile water and fluid management solutions used across mining, agricultural, civil, and industrial sectors. This is a newly created WA role, and the successful candidate will be supported by national leadership, manufacturing capability, and comprehensive product training to ensure success. The role is predominantly field-based, with four days on the road and one day in the office. With clients located throughout WA, this position will require regional travel and will be provided with a fully maintained company car and all necessary tools. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the mining, civil, and industrial sectors and enjoy representing high-quality, premium solutions. Key Responsibilities • Proactively identify and convert new sales opportunities for mobile and transportable water solutions • Execute business development strategies across mining, civil, and industrial markets • Manage client relationships end-to-end, from initial enquiry through to installation and ongoing support • Deliver product demonstrations and on-site presentations to key stakeholders • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting through CRM systems • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction Key Requirements • Proven experience in business development or technical sales • Background selling into mining, civil, or industrial sectors • Experience with water infrastructure, fluid handling, or mobile equipment solutions is highly regarded • Strong commercial acumen with a solution-based sales approach • Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills • Strong CRM discipline and reporting capability • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel With a fantastic team culture and strong staff retention, this role offers the opportunity to build and shape the WA market, leveraging existing industry relationships while developing new revenue streams through both fixed and mobile water and fluid management solutions.
