Myhealth Penrith are looking for a nurse to join their busy General Practice in Penrith. Some General Practice experience is preferred but not completely necessary. Initial resposnisbilities will include immunisations and basic Patient care and will transition into a Chronic Disease Management role taking care of Health Assessments throughout the lifespan and Chronic Disease Management. The role will initially comprise of 12 hours a week over 3 half days ( Wed/Thur/Sat 9-1) for a 6 month contract, with the option to extend this if the role is successful.
