You will play a pivotal role in our first class customer service experience as you meet and greet new customers and learn all elements of the business. Responsibilities: Being the first point of contact for all customers in person or over the phone Establishing a customer’s reason for the visit and directing them to the correct department/staff member Maintain the presentation of the dealership showroom Assistance with administrative duties for all departments within the Dealership Participating in training and other learning and development opportunities About you: Excellent customer service skills. Able to maintain a professional presentation. Effective time management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work within outdoors when required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A valid Australian drivers’ licence. Sound knowledge of WH&S.
