About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to join our team. Champion Product and Brand Knowledge: Promote deep understanding of our jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship while embodying the Diamonds Factory brand with professionalism and passion. Maintain Store Standards: Oversee visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock management to ensure an inviting, luxurious, and well-organised store environment. Ensure Compliance and Safety: Uphold company policies, health and safety standards, and security measures while continuously seeking customer feedback to enhance service and store operations. Job Responsibilities Qualifications & Experience We Look For Proven Luxury Retail Experience: At least 5 years in luxury retail (ideally jewellery), with a strong record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Client Engagement Expertise: Skilled in building relationships with high-end clientele through exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Leadership & Problem-Solving: A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Technical & Operational Proficiency: Confident in learning and using new software systems to support efficient store operations and performance tracking. Passion for Luxury & Detail: A genuine enthusiasm for fine jewellery, a keen eye for aesthetics, and unwavering attention to detail and professionalism.
