Essential Criteria Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology Registration: Eligible for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia. Selection Criteria Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience and skills in the management of medically complex neonates with feeding and swallowing disorders. Demonstrated and recent experience in managing complex paediatric developmental feeding and swallowing disorders. Ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary team with minimal direct clinical supervision, displaying excellent time management and organisational skills. Demonstrated experience in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective internal and external partnerships Actively practices the principles of Evidence Based Practice and engages in recent professional development for relevant clinical areas.
