About The Role Join the Acute Adult Inpatient Service to deliver social work support to consumers and their networks. You will complete psychosocial assessments, lead discharge planning, engage families and contribute to weekend ward rounds. Access supervision, development and opportunities to mentor students and graduates in a supportive, lived experience–integrated team.
