You’ll play a key role in shaping high‑quality credit decisions across large and complex commercial banking clients. What you’ll be doing Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling, prepare credit submissions, and support seamless deal execution Structure and articulate the credit merits of transactions, including identifying and mitigating key risks Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance and portfolio reporting Perform annual reviews and ongoing monitoring for existing clients Provide financial and operational insights to Risk Management Build strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders We’re looking for someone with Experience in business or commercial banking (highly regarded), though candidates from top‑tier accounting firms with credit exposure are encouraged to apply Strong understanding of business financials, particularly cash‑flow analysis Solid knowledge of balance sheets, P&L, loan structuring and security fundamentals Confident communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting or a related discipline We offer flexible working arrangements, once you’re well‑established and confident in the role.
