Senior Power Platform Developer (Dynamics 365 / Power Pages) Location: Sydney or Melbourbe (Fully Remote) Are you a Senior Power Platform expert who thrives on building and supporting complex enterprise systems? We’re looking for a hands-on Power Platform Developer to join a team maintaining and enhancing a large-scale Dynamics 365 system integrated with SharePoint. This is a practical, hands-on development role where you’ll work closely with business analysts and other developers, supporting end-to-end solution delivery in an enterprise environment. What You’ll Be Doing Develop, customise, and maintain Dynamics 365 / Power Platform applications , including model-driven apps Build and support Power Pages / CRM Portals with front-end customisations (HTML, JavaScript, Liquid templates) Write, test, and deploy scalable, reusable code components Participate in change and release management and contribute to high-quality documentation and test plans Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimise system performance Support the application environment and assist with business continuity and disaster recovery planning Share technical knowledge and provide guidance to other developers within the team Essential Skills & Experience 3 years’ hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse Strong experience with Dynamics 365 (online) or CRM on-premise , including Case Management Expertise with C#, HTML, JavaScript, PowerShell, Liquid templates , and associated web technologies Proven experience with Power Pages / CRM Portals administration, implementation, security, development, and usage Experience in integration with external systems via Azure and custom API development Comfortable working in enterprise environments with Git, version control, pull requests, and Visual Studio Strong understanding of Software Development and Delivery Methodologies such as AGILE, SCRUM, Kanban, and SDLC Knowledge of change management processes and ability to apply them to projects Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with stakeholders and coaching team members Nice to Have Experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows) Exposure to other Power Platform technologies Knowledge of data integration (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Azure Web Application Firewalls, Service Queues) Experience in regulated or enterprise environments Why You’ll Love This Role Work on large-scale, enterprise applications that are business-critical Collaborate with a high-performing, skilled development team Opportunity to deepen your expertise in enterprise-level Power Platform development Take ownership of meaningful projects in a structured, supportive environment If you’re an experienced Power Platform Developer who enjoys solving complex problems, building enterprise solutions, and sharing your expertise, we want to hear from you!
