As a key part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a Global Chief People Officer to further enable their global growth strategy. The Role: Reporting to the Global CEO and being part of the Global Executive and Country Executive Teams, this role is responsible for developing scalable people frameworks that brings together the culture of the organisation to drive business readiness across the global markets that they operate in. As Global CPO, you will lead all core PPC pillars, ensuring regional alignment and effective local delivery. Other key responsibilities include: - Lead the development and implementation of the global P&C strategy to align with growth objectives and profitability. Establish consistent HR governance frameworks that align with PSC and franchisor requirements, standardising policies and compliance. Effectively lead, manage and develop a global and remote team of junior, mid and senior level HR professionals. Direct the global L&D strategy and lead the design and implementation of blended learning solutions. Lead the strategy, planning and delivery of the Annual Convention and chair the Convention Committee to drive cross-functional collaboration. Shape and drive a collaborative global culture and employee experience aligning values, business objectives and a unified operating rhythm. The Candidate: This role is perfect for the CPO who loves to immerse themselves into the business and its people and drive cohesion, people excellence and growth objectives. This CPO is highly driven, has strong commercial IQ and EQ and thrives in leading, managing and developing those around them. Ideally, you will have: - Solid experience applying HR, L&D and organisational development practices across a multi-region and/or franchise environments. Demonstrated experience in the management and optimisation of enterprise HRIS or LMS platforms. Proven knowledge of employment legislation, regulations and modern awards across diverse jurisdictions. Strong commercial and financial acumen aligning people strategies to commercial growth and profitability. The ability to build and lead high-performing teams globally fostering collaboration. A resilient and cohesive focused leader with a growth mindset and agility to balance and execute strategy planning with immediate implementation.
