About the position: As a Senior Full Stack Developer in our Research & Development team, you’ll play a key role in developing systems that enable data science and analytics at scale. You’ll design and maintain robust, cloud-based applications, contribute to architectural discussions, and collaborate closely with the Data Science team to transform data into actionable insights. This is a full-time onsite role at our Redfern HQ. What You’ll Do: Design, develop and maintain systems and web apps supporting analytics and automation. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to peers, supporting team learning and growth. Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Developers to deliver impactful technical solutions. Develop reusable tools, automation, and internal libraries to improve productivity. Research and apply emerging technologies to enhance system performance and team productivity What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) and 5 years’ experience in full-stack development using Node.js or Python. Proven expertise in AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, EC2, ALB, CloudWatch, SageMaker) or GCP equivalents with a focus on infrastructure automation, cost optimization, and scalability. Experience with MLOps practices is desirable, including deploying ML models, automating data pipelines, and monitoring model performance. Strong SQL / NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline experience. Experience building web applications and APIs using FastAPI, Express, and Angular or equivalent frameworks. Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture, ERP integration, and testing frameworks Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Confluence for version control and project collaboration Why Winning Group?
