What Your Week Looks Like: A gentle start: Your first month is all about easing into practice, building confidence, and feeling supported. 12-week graduate orientation: Shadow experienced clinicians, develop soft skills, and join tailored group supervision designed just for grads. Week 1: No KPIs or billables — focus entirely on observation, learning, and settling in. Capped caseload: Start with just 15 clients in your first month to keep things manageable. Ongoing support: Weekly check-ins with your Graduate Program Officer, plus guidance from your Team Leader every step of the way. Smooth progression: Gradually increase your client load and billables, with dedicated intake and billing support to minimise admin stress. Billable expectations increase gradually: Months 3–5: 4 hours per day Months 6–12: 5 hours per day What You’ll Bring: You’re an enthusiastic, compassionate, and curious new graduate who’s eager to make a difference.
