Our client is looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager in a dual-purpose role designed to partner with our current Senior Manager, taking ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects to ensure consistent delivery and high-quality outcomes. You will be stepping into a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where project environments can change quickly. You will provide structure without stifling innovation, clear the path for your squads, and drive projects across the finish line. Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation: Act as Scrum Master for multiple squads—facilitating ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and removing blockers. Delivery & Execution: Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they remain on track, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Workload Offloading: Partner closely with the Senior Manager to ingest high-level objectives and translate them into actionable backlogs and project plans. Stakeholder Management: Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, providing clear reporting on project health, risks, and milestones. Driving Outcomes: Shift the focus from "doing tasks" to "achieving results" by implementing clear KPIs and success metrics for every project. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in our current workflow and implement "just enough" process to increase velocity and transparency. Essential Experience & Skills The Hybrid Specialist: Proven experience acting as both a Scrum Master and a Project Manager. You know when to coach and when to direct. Ambiguity Specialist: You thrive in "grey areas." You can take a vague brief and turn it into a structured plan without needing all the answers upfront. Fast-Paced Delivery: Experience in environments where priorities shift quickly Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
