The position: This is a hands-on Sales Support Administrator role, sitting at the centre of a busy commercial function – 3 team members at present. This isn't a specific sales, leadership or strategy position. The focus is execution, accuracy and follow-through; ensuring deals progress smoothly once commercial conversations begin. You will be trusted to own the day-to-day sales administration, allowing sales leaders to stay focused on customers and closing activity. Role/responsibilities: Preparing quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation. Managing CRM data across pipeline, contacts and reporting. Supporting sales leaders with follow-ups, action tracking, and meeting preparation. Coordinating internal handovers once deals close. Liaising with sales, finance, and delivery teams to ensure nothing is missed. Maintaining accuracy across commercial data and documentation. Proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the sales process. What they’re looking for: Experience in sales support, sales administration or commercial administration. Confidence working hands-on in CRM systems. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Clear and professional communication style. Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-moving environment. Enjoys being close to the detail across the sales cycle and watching an end-end process unfold. Experience in technology, telecommunications or B2B environments will be well regarded (however not essential). Interview commence - 12th Jan onwards.
