Our client is seeking reliable and motivated General Labourers to join a busy precast concrete facility in Parramatta . This role involves hands-on work supporting the production of precast concrete elements in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the production of precast concrete products Preparing moulds and formwork Pouring, levelling, and finishing concrete Operating basic hand and power tools Manual handling and general site housekeeping Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures Requirements Previous experience in general labouring, construction, or precast concrete preferred Physically fit and capable of manual work Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong safety awareness Reliable and punctual What’s on Offer Competitive hourly rate based on experience Full-time ongoing work Immediate start Opportunity for long-term employment
