You'll use your clinical expertise and communication skills to assess, plan, and deliver tailored support that promotes wellbeing and successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting workplace rehabilitation assessments and developing individualised return-to-work plans Collaborating with employers, insurers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate recovery goals Providing guidance, education, and motivation to clients navigating the return-to-work process Identifying barriers to recovery and implementing practical, person-centred solutions Conducting functional, ergonomic, and vocational assessments as required Promoting workplace safety, inclusion, and long-term resilience through proactive recommendations This is a varied role that offers daily purpose, professional growth, and the satisfaction of seeing your work directly change lives.
