Job Description Permanent, Full Time On Site The Campus Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient day-to-day operations of a campus environment. This position supports the management of facilities, event logistics, compliance, risk management and general operational support to create a positive and functional experience for students, staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate national campus maintenance schedules and contractors, ensuring WHS, safety and building compliance. Support emergency preparedness, risk management and use of Safety Champion across campuses. Manage facilities contracts, inventory, consumables and support procurement decisions. Support the planning and delivery of key national campus events. Work closely with Operations and campus teams to support cross-campus initiatives. Respond to facilities requests, conduct campus inspections and room audits, support events, furniture and workstation setup, and assist with staff induction. Track and report on maintenance, safety, inventory and operational activities, providing regular updates to the line manager.
