Job Description We’re now looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support local area marketing across our Luxury Escapes stores (Bondi Junction and Chadstone), helping to lift awareness, foot traffic, and in-store engagement. Please note this is a 3 day a week role. You’ll work closely with our Retail, Brand, and Partnerships teams to plan and deliver community focused activity that brings the LE brand to life at a neighbourhood level. This includes coordinating events, managing collateral, supporting local partnerships, and keeping store teams equipped with everything they need to create memorable customer moments. Reporting to the Head of Retail, the Marketing Coordinator will also play a key role in tracking activity, maintaining calendars, and ensuring all initiatives are executed on time and on brand. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys getting out into the community, building relationships, and supporting a fast paced retail environment. You will be responsible for: Plan and deliver local area marketing initiatives to increase store visitation and engagement. Conduct regular competitor checks and identify new local marketing opportunities with clear recommendations. Build relationships with local businesses and community organisations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Negotiate and manage contra or partnership arrangements that drive in-store exposure and collaborative promotions. Maintain an up-to-date partnership database covering key contacts, status, and activation outcomes. Support community events, pop-ups, brand activations, and neighbourhood marketing efforts that attract foot traffic. Distribute promotional materials across the local area and identify new opportunities for community engagement. Coordinate in-store campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand activity with support from global marketing and studio teams. Provide PR, event, activation, digital, and social content support for store initiatives when required. Track LAM performance, MQLs, appointments, and partnership outcomes while managing general marketing admin, budgeting, and supplier coordination.
