We are currently seeking our next Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage , and in this role, you will Lead by example to deliver a consistently high level of personalised service across all Food & Beverage outlets, with a specialist focus on conference and events delivery. Act as the operational lead for conferences and events, overseeing set-ups, service flow, staffing, and pack-downs to ensure smooth, timely and well-executed events. Be a hands-on presence during service periods, assisting the team on the floor to ensure smooth operations, timely service, and attention to detail that enhances the guest experience. To support revenue initiatives and maintain cost control. Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by restaurant / bar and room service. Management and guidance of food & Beverage team. Ensure constant liaison with the Conference Sales Managers. Any other such duties that may from time to time be assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
