Job Description As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the housekeeping team, maintaining high cleanliness standards and providing exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities: Assist the Assistant Housekeeping Manager in the daily checking of rooms and designated team member areas to maintain standards Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services Ensure the efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
