We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Experimentation team — a pivotal role within SEEK’s AI & Analytics Data Products ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, experimentation methodology, and analytics, helping SEEK make evidence-based decisions at scale. SEEK uses a best-in-class experimentation platform, with this role contributes to building the data pipelines, models, and analytics layer that make experimentation trustworthy, scalable, and actionable. The Role As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you’ll build the trustworthy, scalable data assets that underpin SEEK’s experimentation and product analytics. You’ll transform raw data into well-modelled, documented, and tested datasets that data scientists and analysts can rely on to measure impact and drive insight. You’ll work side-by-side with data scientists, platform engineers, and product teams to bring experiments to life — designing pipelines, solving data challenges, and shaping the analytics and data layer of SEEK’s experimentation platform.
