IEPro are working with a well-regarded civil contractor to hire a Project Engineer based in Brisbane. This opportunity sits within a business delivering civil infrastructure and development projects across South East Queensland, with a strong reputation for quality delivery and professional project management. This role offers the chance to work on technically engaging projects while being supported by experienced project managers, engineers, and site teams. The Opportunity As Project Engineer, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil works, ensuring safety, quality, program, and cost objectives are achieved. You will be closely involved in day-to-day project execution, working alongside site teams and contributing to successful project outcomes. This role is well suited to an engineer looking to continue developing their technical, commercial, and leadership skills within a stable and supportive environment. The Role In this role, you will: Assist in the delivery of civil projects from commencement through to completion Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies Prepare project documentation including reports, schedules, and forecasts Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site activities Monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance Support cost tracking, progress claims, and variations Work closely with Project Managers to achieve key milestones About You To succeed, you will bring: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline 3 to 6 years’ experience in civil construction or infrastructure delivery Experience across earthworks, drainage, roads, or services Strong communication and coordination skills Understanding of construction programs and QA systems A proactive and solutions-focused approach Commitment to safety and quality outcomes The Benefits Permanent Brisbane-based role Salary range $110k to $150k super Exposure to diverse civil infrastructure projects Supportive leadership and collaborative teams Clear pathways for career development and progression Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
