This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role supporting residential construction projects through project coordination, estimating, procurement, safety administration, and 3D modelling. You will work extensively with Wunderbuild for project workflow, estimating, and time tracking, and BuildPass for safety documentation and compliance management. What We Offer: Competitive market pay performance bonus Paid time off prepaid HMO (healthcare) Full-time, day-shift role aligned to Australian Eastern Time Remote work using Wunderbuild and BuildPass, with structured workflows and clear ownership of outputs Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Document Control Maintain disciplined document control, including folder structure, naming conventions, revision tracking, and audit trails in Wunderbuild Maintain project registers (RFIs, variations, approvals, procurement status, action items) Draft concise, decision-focused weekly or fortnightly project updates Capture meeting minutes, assign owners and deadlines, and follow up until actions are closed Support progress claims by aligning claims to verified work completed Assist with handover preparation, defect tracking, and close-out documentation Estimating & Tendering Prepare preliminary budgets from scope notes, concept drawings, and consultant inputs in Wunderbuild Perform detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings and engineering documentation Issue and review quotes, maintain cost databases, and prepare approval-ready tender summaries Price variations and scope changes during pre-construction and construction Procurement & Commercial Controls Prepare purchase orders and like-for-like quote comparisons with recommendations in Wunderbuild Track long-lead items and flag risks proactively Support invoice verification and maintain schedules of rates Safety Documentation Administration Maintain safety registers and documentation (SWMS, inductions, licenses, insurance, SDS, incidents, risk assessments) in BuildPass Track compliance, expiries, and chase missing documents Prepare brief site-readiness summaries, verifying all information against actual site conditions 3D Interior & Exterior Modelling Support Create 3D interior and exterior models from architectural drawings Produce client-ready renders, walkthroughs, and camera scenes Apply realistic materials, maintain model versioning, and coordinate with the team to avoid rework
