About the Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. This site-based role reports to the Senior Project Engineer and operates on an 8:6 roster. Your focus will be on delivering underground projects that support safe and efficient mining operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: Delivering underground projects across structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical (SMP&E) disciplines safely, on time, and within budget. Planning and managing project scope, schedules, and budgets from concept through to execution and close-out. Coordinating and managing specialist contractors to ensure quality outcomes and effective cost control. Monitoring project progress and performance against safety, schedule, and financial targets. Identifying and managing project risks, defects, and incidents to minimise operational and commercial exposure. Providing strong safety leadership and ensuring compliance with site HSEC requirements and statutory obligations. About You Our ideal candidate will have some exposure to underground mining operations, including a sound understanding of their requirements. Other key skills, experience, and qualifications: A tertiary qualification in engineering. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in line with plans and schedules. Proven experience in contractor management. Strong focus on safety and compliance with applicable legislation, standards, and company policies. A current C-class manual driver’s licence.
