ABOUT THE ROLE Opportunity to work in the real estate industry as a Property Manager. Full training and support provided. Very few roles are willing to train entry-level candidates! Property management administration duties. Routines inspections, property condition reports and final bond inspections. Leasing processes. Managing property maintenance. Liaising with tenants, owners and third parties. Assist the Senior Property Manager with day to day tasks as required. Portfolio based in and around the Victoria Park area. SKILL & EXPERIENCE Property Management Registration is essential! Previous experience as an Assistant PM / Inspections Officer is advantageous but not essential. Office experience will be advantageous but not essential. Computer proficient. Experience with MS Office Suite and Property Management software's is advantageous.
