About the role: Work closely with partners on major M&A, energy, and real estate transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents and contracts, ensuring every detail aligns with your clients' business objectives. Provide high-level strategic advice on large-scale corporate transactions and developments, from due diligence to post-transaction support.
