Your new role: In this specialist position, you will deliver high-quality oral medicine and oral pathology care across the Metro South Oral Health Service. Key responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive specialist oral medicine/oral pathology assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and case management for eligible patients. Delivering specialist opinions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and supporting optimal patient outcomes across multiple service locations. Contributing to clinical education, supervision and mentoring of students and team members. Participating in research, service improvement, and health promotion initiatives to enhance evidence-based practice and community oral health. About you: You are a committed and knowledgeable oral health specialist who demonstrates clinical excellence, strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient-centred care. The ideal candidate will: Hold specialist qualifications, AHPRA registration, a radiography licence, and maintain strong professional knowledge of legislation, standards and contemporary oral medicine/oral pathology practice. Demonstrate high-level clinical judgement, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex and medically compromised patients. Communicate effectively, build collaborative relationships, and provide mentorship within a multidisciplinary oral health team.
