Licensed Plumber – Residential Maintenance & Storm Work Brisbane Northern Suburbs/Moreton Bay Region $35–$60 per hour Superannuation Pens Vehicle Comms Full-Time | Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Licensed Plumber to join a reputable plumbing company delivering residential maintenance plumbing and storm repair services across Brisbane North and the Sunshine Coast. This is a permanent full-time position offering consistent maintenance work year-round, with additional storm and insurance plumbing opportunities as required. Role Overview As a Licensed Maintenance Plumber , you will be responsible for carrying out general plumbing maintenance and storm-related works across residential and light commercial sites. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & General Plumbing General plumbing maintenance and repairs Taps, toilets, hot water systems Leak detection and blocked drains Jetting and CCTV inspections Solar hot water systems Some roof plumbing work as required Job quoting and reporting via tablet (ServiceM8/FlatRateNOW) Storm & Insurance Plumbing Post-storm roof inspections Temporary make-safe works Photo documentation and reporting Follow-up plumbing repairs once approved What’s on Offer $35–$60 per hour Super (commensurate with experience) Fully equipped company vehicle (UTE) Fuel card provided Commission opportunities on approved upsells Monday to Friday roster (38 hours per week) Paid penalties and optional storm call-outs Rostered Days Off (RDOs) available Secure, long-term employment All employment conditions are fully compliant with Fair Work Australia . Essential Requirements To be considered, candidates must have: Current QBCC Plumbing Licence (Licensed Plumber) Certificate III in Plumbing Valid Australian driver’s licence Ability to work safely at heights and on roofs Basic written communication skills (job notes and reports) Strong customer service and communication skills Gas licence highly regarded but not essential. Final-year plumbing apprentices close to completion may also be considered.
