We are seeking a HR Administrator to join our expanding Human Resources Division based at our Head Office in Alexandria, NSW! This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent HR graduate or passionate Administrator to work for a leading and progressive company, advancing your career in Human Resources! You will be working within the HR team to provide support in the following areas: Assist the Compliance Manager with crucial data maintenance across the group. Assist with the coordination of onboarding and offboarding of new talent, including new starter inductions. Assist with recruitment activities including advertising campaigns, organising interviews, and completing reference checks. Assist with preparation of HR documentation to support across the business. Assist with the maintenance of our HRIS systems, administration, reporting and analytics. Provide general administration support to the HR division and company as directed.
