About the Role This is a suitable role for an experienced Senior PM/Program Manager to join a leading non-bank lender on a permanent basis. You will lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives, ranging from the implementation of systems to pioneering digital-first customer experiences. You will be the bridge between our executive leadership, technical teams, and external vendors, ensuring that the strategic vision translates into operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Oversight: Lead and execute multiple projects and programs simultaneously, including core system projects, digital product launches, and process automation. Vendor Orchestration: Manage relationships with third-party software providers and consultants, ensuring delivery remains on track, within budget, and meets our quality standards. Stakeholder Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You will translate technical complexities into business impacts and navigate conflicting priorities with diplomacy. Strategic Delivery: Define program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs. Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in our "fast-paced" environment and pivot strategies as needed. Governance & Reporting: Establish lean but effective governance structures. Provide transparent reporting on budget utilization, resource allocation, and project health. Change Management: Support the business through the "people" side of change, ensuring new systems and processes are adopted smoothly by internal teams. What We're Looking For The Non-Bank/Lending Edge: You have a solid understanding of the lending lifecycle (origination, credit assessment, servicing) or general financial services. Ambiguity is Your Ally: You thrive in environments that aren't yet fully structured. You can take a high-level "vision" and build the roadmap to get there. Vendor Management Pro: Experience managing RFPs, SLAs, and complex integrations with external FinTech or SaaS partners. Technical Literacy: While you don't need to code, you should be comfortable discussing APIs, cloud migrations, and data architecture with engineering teams.
