At least 6 months of experience working with pediatric clients. A proven track record of positive interactions with children who have disabilities or face complex challenges in a professional environment. A deep understanding and use of neurodiversity-affirmative practices. Bonus points if you have experience delivering services under the NDIS. Extra bonus points if you've worked with early intervention, children, and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders like intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorders, and ADHD. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working with Children and NDIS Workers' Clearance checks. Current First Aid and CPR qualification or willingness to obtain.
