We're recruiting an experienced real estate receptionist for a busy, high-performing agency. This is a front-of-house role for someone polished, organised, and confident handling clients, phones, and admin in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the first point of contact and a key support to both the sales and property management teams. What you'll be doing Managing high-volume calls, walk-ins, and daily enquiries with a professional, friendly approach Coordinating appointments, inspections, and meeting schedules Handling email correspondence, mailbox management, and general office admin Supporting sales and property management with day-to-day tasks and follow-ups Preparing documents, forms, and basic listing/admin support (as needed) Keeping the reception area and office running smoothly: supplies, couriers, scanning, filing, data entry Liaising with clients, tenants, landlords, and trades in a calm and helpful way What we're looking for (must-haves) Minimum 1 year experience in a real estate reception/admin role (or similar high-volume front desk role in real estate) Strong communication and presentation - you're confident speaking with clients and stakeholders Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise under pressure Tech confident: Outlook, Word, basic Excel; CRM experience is a bonus Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused (you don't wait to be told what to do) Nice-to-haves Experience supporting property management and/or sales teams Familiarity with real estate systems (any major CRM/property software) What's on offer Full-time, stable role in a professional team environment Clear processes, training, and support Great long-term pathway for someone wanting to build a career in real estate operations $75,000 Apply now with your CV!
