We are seeking experienced Aged Care Registered Nurses with: High clinical adaptability , with the ability to work confidently across a variety of residential aged care facilities. Strong critical thinking skills to make safe, effective clinical decisions and prioritise care appropriately. Excellent communication and teamwork , collaborating well with diverse aged care teams and providing clear, accurate handovers.
