The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join our Goldfields Oasis team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support across the wider Oasis operations – helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes so our community can enjoy everything the facility has to offer. You’ll work closely with internal teams and members of the public, providing outstanding customer service, managing documentation and statistics, and supporting key functions like debt collection and policy administration. Every day will look a little different, and you’ll need to be comfortable working independently, juggling priorities, and maintaining strong attention to detail. What you’ll be doing: Providing professional support and advice to internal and external stakeholders Managing administrative tasks including filing, document preparation, and minute taking Assisting with membership debt recovery in line with Oasis policies Compiling and submitting weekly, monthly, and annual performance statistics Supporting multiple departments and jumping in where needed Upholding professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role Values Accountability - We take ownership of our actions and outcomes, delivering on our commitments.
