Enterprise Transformation | Technology-Enabled Operating Models We are supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation and are seeking an experienced Technology-Focused Operating Model Consultant to define, design and embed technology-enabled operating models. This hands-on contract role focuses on aligning business processes, technology platforms and delivery models to create scalable, practical and sustainable ways of working across the organisation. This is a high-profile, enterprise program and you will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure operating models support strategic objectives, optimise platform utilisation and enable efficient, technology-driven delivery. Key responsibilities will include: Design and implement technology-enabled operating and service models that support enterprise-scale delivery Define accountabilities, governance and hand-offs within technology-enabled operating models Align business processes and technology platforms to optimise efficiency, scalability and performance Partner with senior stakeholders to embed operating models that enable digital and enterprise transformation initiatives Support operationalisation, transition planning and ongoing refinement of technology-enabled processes Ensure models are practical, scalable and fit for complex, regulated enterprise environments About you: Proven experience in technology-enabled operating model design within large enterprise programs Strong background in enterprise transformation or digital delivery initiatives Consulting or advisory experience highly desirable Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills Comfortable operating in large, complex, regulated organisations with multiple stakeholders Focused on processes, platforms and delivery efficiency rather than HR or org design What's on offer: Here you will join a major enterprise transformation, offering the opportunity to influence and embed technology-driven operating models at scale.
