No two days are the same; different sites, different gear, and a team that's got your back. You'll be trusted to get the job done safely, efficiently and with great customer service, while helping customers understand how to use the equipment properly. What you'll be doing Delivering and collecting equipment across customer sites, construction projects and branches Safely loading, securing and restraining equipment Demonstrating equipment operation to customers, including digital guides and QR codes Providing top-notch customer service and representing the business professionally on site Working closely with schedulers to keep deliveries and pickups running smoothly Recommending additional or complementary equipment to help customers get the job done Operating a range of vehicle classes depending on equipment requirements Using handheld devices for scanning, pickups and deliveries Pitching in with basic branch cleaning and maintenance when required What you'll bring A current HR Driver's Licence Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility, load restraint, mass and dimension requirements A safety-first mindset and pride in doing the job properly Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal directly with customers Basic tech skills (mobile devices, scanning, email) Good time management and the ability to adapt when schedules change Forklift Licence (preferred, not essential) Why Join the Kennards Hire Family?
