We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Dispensary Pharmacy Assistant to join the team in a full-time capacity, working Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm. With no weekend shifts, you'll benefit from a healthy work-life balance while playing a key role in the smooth operation of the dispensary. Working alongside two Pharmacists, one Dispensary Technician, and front-of-shop staff, your responsibilities will include: Accurate and efficient script processing (scripts in/out) Assisting with Webster packs and other dose administration aids Supporting stock control, dispensary merchandising, and inventory management Providing courteous OTC product support under supervision Assisting with general administration and prescription handling Skills Required: Previous community pharmacy experience in Australia. Relevant qualification - Certificate 3 in Community Pharmacy Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Familiarity with Fred software (preferred) Commitment to patient care and confidentiality Salary & Benefits: Hourly rate of $30-$35, commensurate with experience.
