Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Biomedical Service Technicians / Engineers to join their NSW service team. About the Role Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for both field-based and workshop servicing of medical devices, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and client expectations. Key responsibilities include: On-site and workshop-based compliance testing (electrical safety and performance verification) Preventative maintenance and corrective repairs across a wide range of medical-class equipment Servicing equipment in accordance with AS/NZS 3551 and internal quality procedures Diagnosing faults and implementing effective repair solutions Completing service documentation and compliance reports using digital systems Building and maintaining strong working relationships with healthcare staff and facility management Working autonomously in the field while contributing to a collaborative service team About You To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong technical background along with a customer-focused mindset. Essential requirements: Relevant technical qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar Minimum 2 years' industry experience servicing medical or related equipment Strong fault-finding, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English High level of computer literacy and confidence with digital reporting systems Strong time management and ability to manage multiple service calls Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality service delivery Current Australian driver's licence Experience with assistive technology, aged care equipment, or hospital-grade medical devices will be highly regarded.
