About the Role Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will assist in overseeing all aspects of daily operations including bar, bistro, gaming, and functions. You will lead by example on shift, coach and support the team, ensure compliance and service standards are consistently met, and contribute to the ongoing success of the venue.
