About the Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior IT leadership role within a large and evolving resources organisation. Reporting to the Service Delivery Group Manager the IT Service Delivery Lead plays a key role in shaping how IT services are delivered across both corporate and operational environments. You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team and encouraged to bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset. What You'll Be Involved In Helping shape and improve IT service delivery practices, with a focus on sustainable and people-centred processes Supporting the transformation of the service desk, including the rollout and optimisation of ServiceNow Leading and developing a small, distributed service delivery team across Sydney and Brisbane Acting as a point of escalation while being supported by broader IT leadership when challenges arise Working collaboratively with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Governance teams Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across corporate offices and operational sites Stepping in to support broader leadership activities when needed
