This is a senior operational leadership role suited to a confident, well-organised professional who thrives in fast-paced, blue-collar environments and can lead from the front. This role offers a casual temp-to-perm pathway , competitive hourly rate, and a company vehicle. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Team Leadership Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Lead and manage Estimators, Installers/Fencers, and Factory teams Use CRM systems daily to track leads, sales targets, jobs in issue, and workflow compliance Drive accountability, performance, and results through coaching and clear expectations Foster a strong "can-do" culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement Relationship & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, installers, contractors, and suppliers Act as the escalation point for estimator project issues and KPI performance Work closely with Sydney Operations, Delivery, and Workshop teams to ensure seamless job flow between offices Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen market presence Operational & Project Management Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of fencing installations to meet start dates and completion forecasts Manage last-minute rescheduling and job reallocations as required Coordinate installers and fencers, matching skills to job requirements Ensure clear communication across estimators, installers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Program installations and manage installer team workloads Ensure all work is delivered in line with company SOPs and safety standards Team Development & Performance Conduct fortnightly estimator training workshops , including: CRM training AHF App usage Job file compliance Run structured fortnightly team meetings and ensure attendance and punctuality Complete regular one-on-one reviews with estimators to audit CRM entries and job files Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and implement development plans Resolve conflicts and maintain a high-performance, accountable culture Resource & Financial Management Manage labour, equipment, and material allocation to maximise efficiency and profitability Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to maintain adequate stock levels Monitor budgets, costs, and project margins Review CRM daily, with a focus on Jobs on Issue and Accepted Jobs Liaise regularly with the Managing Director and senior leadership team in Sydney About You Proven experience in regional or operations management , ideally within fencing, construction, manufacturing, or trades-based industries Strong leadership presence - confident managing blue-collar teams, contractors, and factory staff Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills Proactive self-starter who does not require micromanagement Strong CRM experience and data-driven decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities What's On Offer $50 per hour casual rate Clear temp-to-permanent opportunity Company vehicle provided Senior leadership role with autonomy and influence Join a growing, well-established fencing business If you are a decisive, hands-on leader who can balance operations, people, and performance, we encourage you to apply now .
